Walk-thru Addendum - Most purchase agreements allow the buyer to inspect of the property prior to closing. This is to confirm that the conditions of the contacts have been fulfilled.

Property Condition Disclosure - The Tennessee Residential Property Disclosure Act states that anyone transferring title to residential real estate must provide information about the condition of the property.

Exempt from Property Disclosure - The Tennessee Residential Property Disclosure Act allows for certain exemptions to the act. This form may be used if the seller is qualified under the exemption section of the act.
